RETURN POLICY

Return Policy: We offer 14 day EXCHANGE ONLY for all regular price items from the date of purchase. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and still in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

EXCEPTIONS: The following items are not eligible for exchange: Gift cards, personalized items and sale items.

SHIPPING COST: For Exchanges the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the shipping of the new item to customer. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
